This program targets military children in grades 2 through 8 who are experiencing temporary difficulty in school, both socially and academically. Often these difficulties are caused by frequent moves and family disruption due to the military lifestyle. Referred by teachers, parents or school officials, the ten week long program provides after-school tutoring and mentoring assistance in a small group with facilitators who are dedicated in making a difference in the lives of your students. The classes meet twice a week for 2.5 hours right after school, for 10 weeks.
