Bonsall Unified School District registration and enrollment for 2018-2019 can now be completed online.

3. Bring the following documentation to the Bonsall school where you are enrolling your student:
- Enrollment confirmation (Aeries print out)
- Proof of residency (2 forms of verification)
- Immunization records (TDAP required for 7th grade)
- Birth certificate
- Health exam & Oral Health Assessment (Grades TK, K, 1)
- Student health history form
- Home language verification
- Current IEP (if applicable)
- Current 504 (if applicable)
- Custody notification (if applicable)
- BHS Students Only: Chromebook loan agreement, Student driver form (Grades 11-12 only), BHS BYOD agreement (if applicable), Dual enrollment course info (if applicable)
